Rehabilitation
The Equine Treadmill Pool may be used for treating injuries such as loss of range of motion, weak stifles, bowed tendons, pulled suspensory ligaments, bucked shins, quarter cracks or foot problems. It can also be used for the rehabilitation of the animal after surgery. The lungs and heart of the animal receive maximum conditioning, while increasing the lung capacity thus minimizing the possibility of bleeding while performing.
Little S Ranch has had great success with rehabilitating injured horses. We work closely with equine specialits to make a program to fit each horses needs. There are many different options when choosing a program for the horse.
We also offer the option of swimming dogs as we have had great success with that aswell!
